Since I was a child, my siblings and I were all taught the value of maintaining a passionate drive. This determination has manifested itself multiple times in my life and is a trait deeply rooted in my family. We believe that with determination, there is nothing that can prevent us from becoming exceptionally skilled at something.

In 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic, I embarked on a three-year journey of learning, competing, and exploring rhythmic gymnastics. This sport requires a high level of flexibility, which I did not naturally have. However, this did not discourage me. Instead, it fueled my determination to improve and pushed me to practice countless hours, even through tears. Each breakthrough moment deepened my love for the sport. The pressure of each routine was overwhelming, creating anxiety within me. Thoughts raced through my mind as I anxiously wondered about the next skill I needed to master. But in the end, I managed to win numerous competitions, proudly earning countless medals. I even had the privilege of representing my country internationally.

Throughout my life, I have had a deep passion for drawing and coloring. When I was little, I spent hours creating artworks with my mother. This dedication eventually led me to participate in art competitions. One competition that stood out was the 2019 "Google for Doodle" competition during my third-grade year. To my surprise, I was chosen as the winner, representing Hawaii. This accomplishment left a lasting mark on my heart, reminding me that hard work and dedication lead to remarkable achievements.

In conclusion, my family believes that knowledge is power. We believe that with the ability to absorb and apply what we learn, success is attainable. Through these experiences, I have learned that the key to achieving anything is a commitment to growth and an unwavering drive to surpass perceived limitations.
