We met in September. We got put next to each other in math, and we were both very nervous. My first impression of Destiny was that she looked nice but really shy. Her first impression of me was that I looked mean.

One day last year we were both around someone who had Covid so we both got quarantined together. We started talking and this is why she asked for my Snap so I gave it to her. When we first started talking, it was awkward, but we eventually got closer and comfortable talking to each other.  We talked mostly every day and still do. We became very close, and now we have a very close relationship.

The first day in math when we sat together we were both really confused about what we were doing, and then we figured out we actually had ELA together too. In ELA the work was really hard for us, and we tried helping each other. That's one of the reasons we started hanging out outside of school, but most of the time we got distracted and barely got anything done. We made each other want to go to school. We were always excited to see each other. I still get excited to see her. This year we have no classes together though so that’s kind of sad.

We go to each other's house every day. Our parents call us sisters or their kids, and our grandparents call us their grandkids. We are going to get a house together when we're old enough. We’re going to get two Great Danes because Destiny really wants them. We're also gonna get a chinchilla and a corgi because I really want them. Our relationship is different than everyone else’s in my opinion. She’s like my friend, my person, mom, and sister all in one. I love her so much.

She’s different from everyone else, and she stands out to me. She’s mine, and I’m hers. Our relationship is special, and no one can break us up. We might get into a lot of fights, but that doesn’t change anything. We both worry a lot about us leaving each other, but then we call each other stupid because we’re worrying about the same thing. We both love each other a lot, and this is why we wrote this.
